No. GST.1021 / C.R. 71A / Taxation-1. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Mah. Act No. XIII of 2021) (hereinafter in this notification referred to as the said Act ), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the 16th day of July, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of section 6 of the said Act, shall come into force.
