Amendment in Notification No. 11/2021-State Tax dated the 14th June, 2021 - 26/2021-State Tax - Himachal Pradesh SGST

STATE TAXES AND EXCISE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 26/2021-State Tax Shimla-2, the 27th July, 2021 No.EXN-F(10)-4/2021 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(10 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh No. 11/2021-State Tax dated the 14th June, 2021, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN-F(10)-4/2021 dated 21st June, 2021, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of May, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 30th day of June, 2021 shall be substituted. 2.
