Export Policy of Fertilisers — Updation in List of Manufactures/Units of NP/NPK Fertilizers - 44/2015-2020 - Foreign Trade Policy

Government of India Ministry of Commerce Industry Department of Commerce Directorate General of Foreign Trade Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi -110011 Notification No. 44/2015-2020 New Delhi, Dated 29 th November, 2021 Subject : Export Policy of Fertilisers Updation in List of Manufactures/Units of NP/NPK Fertilizers - regarding S.O. 4899(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) , as amended, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020 , the Central Government hereby makes the amendments with immediate effect in List C of Note 1 under Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification - Schedule 2 (Export Policy): 2. The existing entries against List C below Note 1 under Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification - Schedule 2 (Export Policy) is amended by adding the name of M/s Universal Crop Protection at S.No 19 in addition to existing entries: Chapter 31 Fertilisers Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 Note 1 Manufacturers of NP / NPK who can freely export their own manufactures subject to certain policy conditions as ITC (HS) Export Policy, 2018 are as follows: C.
