No. 1020/2021 In the notification issued under G.O.(P) No.132/2021/TAXES. dated 21st December, 2021 and published as S.R.O. No.973/2021 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3763 dated 22nd December, 2021, namely:- In the said notification, in clause (b), in sub-clause (xx) 1. for 6305 read 6305 [other than 6305 3200] ; 2. for Sacks and bags, of a kind used for the packing of goods. read Sacks and bags, of a kind used for the packing of goods [other than woven and non-woven bags and sacks of polyethylene or polypropylene strips or the like, whether or not laminated, of a kind used for packing of goods and flexible intermediate bulk containers]. . In the notification issued under G.O.(P) No.132/2021/TAXES. dated 21st December, 2021 and published as S.R.O. No.973/2021 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3763 dated 22nd December, 2021, certain typographical errors have crept in. The Government have decided to rectify the mistakes through an erratum. The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
