Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 926/2021/16(120)/XXVII(8)/2021/CTR-09 Dehradun : Dated: 10 December, 2021 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand No. 518/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 dated the 28 th June, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the Schedule, for S. No. 86 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries thereto shall be substituted, namely: - 86. 1209 Seeds, fruit and spores, of a kind used for sowing Explanation : This entry does not cover seeds meant for any use other than sowing. ; 2.
