Inland Container Depot biotechnology Special Economic Zone at Rahka and Nimoth villages, Tehsil Sohna, Distt. Gurgaon, Haryana NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 9th September, 2008 S. O. 2176(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th day of September, 2008 as the date from which the biotechnology Special Economic Zone at Rahka and Nimoth villages, Tehsil Sohna, Distt. Gurgaon, Haryana developed by M/s. Mayar Infrastructure Development Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. [F.
