No. 59, Dated 24th December, 2021-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021, (10 of 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Jharkhand Government hereby appoints the 1st day of June, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of section 6 of the said Act shall come into force. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1st day of June, 2021. [File.
