No.J.21011/7/2021-TAX GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 39/2021-State Tax Aizawl, the 17 th January, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso of section 1 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (7 of 2021), the Governor of Mizoram hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3 and 7 to 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
