No.J.21011/2/2019 (j) - TAX GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 4/2020-State Tax Dated Aizawl, the 5th Feb., 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017), the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Mizoram No. 4/2018 State Tax, dated the 12th February, 2018 was published, vide No.J.21011/1/2017-TAX/Vol-III/Pt(i), namely: In the said notification, in the third proviso for the figures, letters and word 10th January, 2020 , the figures, letters and word 17th January, 2020 shall be substituted.
