GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) F.1-11 (98)-TAX/GST/2020 Dated, Agartala, the 10/05/2022 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 96 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017) the State Government hereby constitutes an Authority to be known as the Tripura Authority for Advance Ruling consisting of the following members : 1. Shri Biswajit Paul, TCS, SSG, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Tripura. 2. Shri Sanjay Kumar, Additional Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax. This is issued in supersession of earlier Notification NO F. 1-11(98)-TAX/GST/2018 dated the 9th November, 2020, published in the Tripura Gazette Extraordinary issue, vide No 2210, dated, the 10 th November, 2020.
