Implementation of India-Mauritius Comprehensive Economic Cooperation and Partnership Agreement (CECPA) - Seeks to amend Notification No. 25/2021-Customs, dated the 31st March, 2021 - 51/2022 - Customs -TariffExtract MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION NO. 51/2022 Customs New Delhi, the 28th September, 2022 G.S.R. 736(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.25/2021-Customs, dated the 31st March, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 241 (E), dated the 31st March, 2021 , namely :- 1 [ In the said notification, in TABLE 4 ] , against S.No. 7, in column (4), for the entry, the entry 30,000 tons shall be substituted. Note: The principal notification No. 25/2021-Customs, dated the 31st March, 2021, was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i), vide number G.S.R. 241(E), dated the 31st March, 2021 , and was last amended vide notification No. 17/2022-Customs, dated the 31st March, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i), vide number G.S.R.247(E), dated the 31st March, 2022. ************** NOTES:- 1.
