Amendment in Notification No. 73/2017-State Tax, dated the 31st January 2018 - 12/2022-State Tax - Delhi SGST

FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-I) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 17th November, 2022 No. 12/2022-State Tax No. F. 3 (31)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/898 -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of this Government issued vide Notification No. 73/2017-State Tax, dated the 31st January 2018, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (80)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/57, dated the 31st January 2018, namely : In the said notification, in the sixth proviso, for the figures, letters and words ―30th day of June, 2022, the figures, letters and words ―28 th day of July, 2022 shall be substituted.
