Amendment in Notification No. 2/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated the 30th June, 2017 - 04/2023-State Tax (Rate) - Gujarat SGST

GOVERNMENT OF GUJARAT FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 04/2023-State Tax (Rate) Gandhinagar, Dated the 1 st March, 2023. No.(GHN-13) GST-2023/S.11 (1) (70) GST - In exercise of the powers conferred Goods by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and (Guj.25 of 2017), the Government of Gujarat, being satisfied that it is necessary Services in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Act, Tax Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification 2017 of the Government of Gujarat, Finance Department No. (GHN-36) GST-2017/S.11(1)(1)-TH dated the 30 th June, 2017 being Notification No. 2/2017-State Tax (Rate), namely:- In the said notification, in the Schedule, against S. No. 94, in column (3), after the item (ii) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and the entry shall be inserted, namely: - (iii) Rab, other than pre-packaged and labelled ; 2.
