Amendment in Notification S.O. No. 173, dated the 21st September, 2017 - S.O. 231 - Bihar SGST

COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 18th August 2023 S.O. 231, Dated 21st August 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification S.O. No. 173, dated the 21st September, 2017 of the Commercial Taxes Department, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 877, dated the 21st September, 2017, and last amended vide notification S.O. No. 126, dated the 21st April, 2023, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 342, dated the 21 st April, 2023, namely :- In the said notification, for serial no. (ii), the words (ii) Shri Ajay Kumar, Additional Commissioner of State Tax (Appeal), Central Division, Patna shall be substituted.
