Amendment in Notification No. S.O. GST No.105/2023-Tax, dated the 3rd March, 2023 - S.O. 50 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT Civil Secretariat, J ammu/Srinagar NOTIFICATION Jammu, the 12 th of January, 2024 S.O. 50 In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4B) of rule 8 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council ,hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Finance Department S.O. GST No.105/2023-Tax, dated the 3rd March, 2023, namely:- In the said notification, for the words, State of Gujarat and the State of Puducherry , the words States of Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Puducherry shall be substituted. This notification shall deemed to have come in to force with effect from the 17th day of November, 2023. By Order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
