Inland Container Depot sector specific Special Economic Zone for hardware and software at Navallur Village , Chengulpet Taluk and Semmencherry village. NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 16th October, 2008 S.O. 2462(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the16th day of October, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for hardware and software at Navallur Village, Chengulpet Taluk and Semmencherry village. Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu, developed by M/s. Platinum Holdings Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. [F.
