NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 22nd October, 2008 S.O. 2502(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 22nd day of October, 2008 as the date from which the electronic hardware and software including information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic at Plot No. 01, Sector 140-A, Noida, Uttar Pradesh developed by M/s.
