GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) F. No. 1-11(91)-TAX/GST/NOTIFICATION/2024 Dated, Agartala, the 23rd April, 2024. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Tripura in the Finance Department No. F. 1 (91)-TAX/GST/NOTIFICATION/2024 dated 17th January, 2024 published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 180, dated the 20 th January, 20249 namely:- In the said notification, in para 4, for the words and letters 1 st day of April, 2024 the words and letters 15 th day of May, 2024 shall be substituted. 2.
