Amendment in Notification No. 04/2024-State Tax dated 5th March, 2024 - 08/2024-State Tax - Gujarat SGST

FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 08/2024-State Tax Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 14th May, 2024 GUJARAT GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, No.(GHN-22)GST-2024/S.148(53)GST Cell: - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj.25 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Gujarat, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Gujarat, Finance Department No. (GHN-19)GST-2024/S.148(52)GST Cell dated the 5th March, 2024 being Notification No. 04/2024-State Tax, namely:- In the said notification, in para 4, for the words and letters 1st day of April, 2024 , the words and letters 15th day of May, 2024 shall be substituted. 2.
