Amendments in Schedule-I (Imports) of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 2004-09 NOTIFICATION No. 54 (RE-2008)/2004-09 Dated : November 5, 2008 In exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Central Government hereby amends Schedule-I (Import) of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-2009 as under: 1. In partial modification to Notification No. 24 (RE-2006)/ 2004-2009 dated 26th July, 2006 , the density mentioned as 0.925 in para I(1) of the import licensing note in the above notification is hereby amended as 1.3. 2.
