MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th January, 1999 G.S.R. 8(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 (49th of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 1976 , namely : 1. (1) These rules may be called the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) (Amendment) Rules, 1998. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. In the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 1976 , for the existing Forms FC-1A, FC-3 and FC-8 , the following Forms shall respectively be substituted, namely : [F.
