State Government, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024,- (a) Appoints the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 15 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force, (b) Appoints the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 16 to 20 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force, (c) Appoints the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 21 to 26 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
