Notified - Supply of online money gaming, supply of online gaming other than online money gaming and supply of actionable claims in casinos under section 15(5) of Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 - 49/2023 - State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Atal Nagar, the 30th May 2024 NOTIFICATION No. 49/2023 - State Tax No. F 10-40/2023/CT/V (55). In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, notifies the following supplies under the said sub-section, namely: (i) supply of online money gaming; (ii) supply of online gaming, other than online money gaming; and (iii) supply of actionable claims in casinos. 2.
