Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 231889 /2024/0 1 (120)/XXVII(8)/202 4 /CT-08 Dehradun : Dated: 09 August, 2024 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; Now, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (06 of 2017) the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, Finance Section-8, No. 213128 dated the 30 May, 2024 , namely: - In the said notification, in para 4, for the words and letters 1st day of April, 2024 , the words and letters 15 th day of May, 2024 shall be substituted. 2.
