Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 213129 /2024/0 1 (120)/XXVII(8)/202 4 /CT-03 Dehradun : Dated: 30 May, 2024 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (06 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to rescind the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, Finance Section-8, No, 170770/2023/02(120)XXVII(8)/2023/CT-30 dated the 24th November, 2023, namely , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
