REVENUE (CT-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 25 Dated: 24-02-2024 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under section 128 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Telangana Act No.23 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the GST Council, hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification issued in G.O. Ms No. 21, Revenue (CT-II) Department, Dt. 22-01-2018 as amended from time to time,: AMENDMENT In the said notification, in the sixth proviso, for the words, letters and figures 30th day of June, 2023 , the words, letters and figures 31st day of August, 2023 shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30th day of June, 2023.
