GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA REVENUE (CT-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 107 Dated: 24-08-2023 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022 (Telangana Act No.6 of 2022) here in after referred to as the said Act, the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,14,15 of the said Act shall come into force.
