New Delhi , the 17th November, 2008 NOTIFICATION S.O. 2670(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 17 th July day of November 2008 as the date from which the electronic hardware and software including information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Village Ghamroj, Bhondsi and Mahendwada, Tehsil Sohna, District-Gurgaon, Haryana developed by M/s Progressive Buildestate Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
