Amendment in Notification No. S.O. No. 173, dated the 21st September 2017 - S.O.449 - Bihar SGST

COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 6th September 2024 S.O.449 Dated 6th September 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification S.O. No. 173, dated the 21st September 2017 of the Commercial Taxes Department, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 877, dated the 21st September 2017 and last amended vide notification S.O. 231, dated the 21st August 2023, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 688, dated the 21 st August 2023, namely :- In the said Notification, (i) for serial no. (i), the words (i) Additional/Joint Commissioner (Tech.), CGST CX, Patna-1 shall be substituted. (ii) for serial no. (ii), the words (ii) Senior most Additional Commissioner (Appeal.), Central Division, Patna shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its notification.
