Seeks to bring in force provisions of Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024 - (06/2024) FD 07 CSL 2024 - Karnataka SGST

GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA No. FD 07 CSL 2024 Karnataka Government Secretariat, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru, dated: 02.09.2024 NOTIFICATION (06/2024) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act No. 36 of 2024), the Government of Karnataka, hereby appoints,- (a) the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 of the said Act shall come into force; (b) the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
