Haryana Government Excise and Taxation Department Notification The 30th September, 2024 No. 23/GST-2 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 (6 of 2024), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints,- (a) the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 34 of the said Ordinance shall come into force; and (b) the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 9 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
