Amendment of Notification no. 89/GST-2, dated 21.09.2018 (reducing rate of TCS from 0.5% to 0.25%) under the HGST Act, 2017 - 22/GST-2 - Haryana SGST

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 52 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 89/GST-2, dated the 21st September, 2018, namely:- AMENDMENT In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 89/GST-2, dated the 21st September, 2018, for the words half per cent , the sign, figure and word 0.25 per cent shall be substituted. 2.
