List of agencies of the United Nations, and other international agencies and organisations notified by the Central Government to be not covered by the definition of 'foreign source', under section 2(1)(j)(ii) of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 - S.O. 2648(E) - Foreign Contribution (Regulation)

MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th October, 2014 S.O. 2648(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of Clause (j) of sub-section (1) of Section 2 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (42 of 2010) , the Central Government hereby specifies that the following international organisation shall not be treated as foreign source for the purposes of the said Act : International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN) [F.
