REVENUE (CT-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 339 Dated: 24-09-2024 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 96 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.23 of 2017) read with rule 103 of Telangana Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017, the Government hereby appoint Sri N. Sai Kishore, Additional Commissioner (ST) (Grade-I) as the Member of the Telangana State Authority for Advance Ruling constituted in the G.O. 2 nd read above and as amended subsequently from time to time in place of Sri S.V. Kasi Visweshwar Rao, Additional Commissioner (ST). 2. The committee shall function from the Office of the Commissioner of State Tax, Telangana, Hyderabad 3.
