Inland Container Depot special economic zone at Therkku Nanguneri, Puliyurkurichi, Madam Alankulam, Vepankulam and Rajakkalamangalam Villages, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu. NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 18th November, 2008 S.O. 2692(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th day of November 2008 as the date from which the multi-product special economic zone at Therkku Nanguneri, Puliyurkurichi, Madam Alankulam, Vepankulam and Rajakkalamangalam Villages, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu developed by M/s AMRL International Tech City Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
