Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya kar Anubhag-2 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1503 /XI-2-24-9(47)-17-T.C.-269- U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (332)-2024, dated January 7, 2025. No. 1503 /XI-2-24-9(47)-17-T.C.-269- U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (332)-2024 Dated Lucknow, January 7, 2025 IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024 (U.P. Act no. 16 of 2024), hereinafter referred to as the said Act , the Governor is pleased to appoint,- (a) the 1st day of October, 2024 as the date on which the provisions of section 4 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force; (b) the 1st day of April, 2025 as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
