GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(291)/27762 Date: 07-Mar-2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 1 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as rules), issued vide notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(274), published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No.2, Series I No.18, dated 7th August, 2024, the Government of Goa hereby appoints the following dates as mentioned in column (3) of the table below, on which the provisions of rules specified in column (2) of the said table, shall be deemed to have come into force/shall come into force, namely: Table S.
