Corrigendum - Notification No. S.O. 2291(E), dated the 5th June, 2018 - S.O. 3716(E) - Foreign Contribution (Regulation)

MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 27th July, 2018 S.O. 3716(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 41 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (42 of 2010) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs number S.O. 2291(E), dated the 5th June, 2018 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:- In the said notification, for paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- 2. The amount of penalty computed under column (3) of the Table in respect of any offence or offences referred to in column (2) thereof shall not be more than the value of the foreign contribution involved.
