NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 2nd February, 2009 S.O. 391(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd day of February, 2009 as the date from which the sector Special Economic Zone for biotechnology sector within the village limits of Edur of Gummudipundi Taluk in the District of Thirruvallur in the State of Tamil Nadu proposed to be developed by M/s.
