NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 16th February 2009 S.O. 488(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th day of February 2009 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Hoodi Village, K.R. Puram, Whitefield, Bangalore in the State of Karnataka proposed to be developed by M/s.
