NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 16th February, 2009 S.O. 493(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th day of February, 2009 as the date from which the multi-product Special Economic Zone at Dwarakapuram and Palepolam villages, Naidupet and Pellakuru Mandals, Nellore District in the State of Andhra Pradesh proposed to be developed by M/s.
