Inland Container Deport information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Village Ulwe, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad in the State of Maharashtra NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 12th March, 2009 S.O. 664(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) the Central Government hereby appoints the 12th day of March, 2009 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Village Ulwe, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad in the State of Maharashtra M/s.
