Inland Container Depot for Manufacture and Export of Aluminium along with l215 MW Captive Power Plant at Bhurkamunda, Brundamal and Kurebaga Villages, Tehsil and District - Jharsuguda, in the State of Orissa NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 27th February, 2009 S.O. 577(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 27th day of February, 2009 as the date from which the Special Economic Zone for Manufacture and Export of Aluminium along with l215 MW Captive Power Plant at Bhurkamunda, Brundamal and Kurebaga Villages, Tehsil and District - Jharsuguda, in the State of Orissa proposed to be developed by M/s.
