Constitutes the Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone Authority NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 27th February, 2009 S.O. 572(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-sections (3) and (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby constitutes the Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone Authority, having its head office at Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, consisting the following members, namely:- Sl.
