Amendment in the notification No.S.O.1849(E), dated the 27th October, 2006 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 24th March, 2009 No. 2/2009 S.O. 824(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 68N of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (61 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.S.O.1849(E), dated the 27th October, 2006, namely:- In the said notification, for the words and letters "Shri B.
