Inland Container Depot (ICD) for Sector specific Special Economic Zone for Chemicals (Agro based) at Village Vilayat, Taluka Vagra, District Bharuch in the State of Gujarat NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 23rd April, 2009 S.O. 1033(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 23 rd day of April 2009 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Chemicals (Agro based) at Village Vilayat, Taluka Vagra, District Bharuch in the State of Gujarat, proposed to be developed by M/s Biotor Industries Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
