Inland Container Depot the non-conventional energy including solar energy equipments and cell at village Shikara, Taluka Bhachau, District Kutch in the State of Gujarat NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 23rd April, 2009 S.O. 1027(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 23rd day of April, 2009 as the date from which the non-conventional energy including solar energy equipments and cell at village Shikara, Taluka Bhachau, District Kutch in the State of Gujarat proposed to be developed by M/s.
