Inland Container Deport (ICD) for sector specific Special Economic Zone for pharmaceuticals at Lote Parashuram, District Ratnagiri in the State of Maharashtra NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 23rd April, 2009 S.O. 1035(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 23rd day of April, 2009 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for pharmaceuticals at Lote Parashuram, District Ratnagiri in the State of Maharashtra to be developed by M/s.
