Inland Container Depot Food Processing sector specific Special Economic Zone at villages Vadakkukaracheri and Thimmarajapuram, District Tuticorin in the state of Tamil Nadu NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 23rd April, 2009 S.O. 1008(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 23 rd day of April 2009 as the date from which the Food Processing sector specific Special Economic Zone at villages Vadakkukaracheri and Thimmarajapuram, District Tuticorin in the state of Tamil Nadu to be developed by M/s CCCL Infrastructure Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
