Inland Container Depot (ICD) for information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Ardee City, Sector-52, Tehsil and District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana NOTIFICATION New Delhi the 29th April 2009 S.O. 1065(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 29th day of April, 2009 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Ardee City, Sector-52, Tehsil and District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana proposed to be developed by M/s.
